Let’s face it people are getting bigger and a lot of that has to do with our sedentary lifestyles. Examples of this are sitting in front of the TV or sitting in front of the computers for hours at work or at home. Both of these habits along with bad eating will get people putting on weight in no time and year after year that belly weight will be hard to lose. The only choice will be to do a lot of exercise after work or go on a diet. Any job where you are moving furniture, refrigerators full of food, and washing machines up and down flights of stairs all day will certainly keep you healthy and strong. The moving of the boxes and all the furniture and appliances will be quite a workout in itself.
You will not have to diet at all in the week that you move house and should be able to eat whatever you like without any guilt. Again, if you feel like you are getting a little fat around the middle from your desk job, you can either go on a healthy diet or you can get a more active job and lifestyle, the job where you will lose the most weight is definitely as a mover, they are the hardest working and fittest of any of the day laborers. So the next time you see someone moving a truckload of boxes, don’t think about how hard and tiring it is, rather think about how much exercise they are getting every day.
